The philosphy of the company is to release news when there are news. This is the solid way.

It would be not solid to release a pr only because pps is down and because of conversion. Company wants to release news when they can describe success. Solid companies think long term.

Of course i would prefer updates and news, but this is how the company thinks.

I asked for a shareholder letter, because ELED is unknown and i think with more updates he could convert the whole convertible debt with 2,5-3m shares at .05 and it should be in his interest to keep ss low. For me it´s not necessary and a waste of money to issue shares that low.

He told me news are coming and we are close.

You have seen also how fast it goes up.
