Another cash-on-hand/future-funding tidbit I picked up on the call was Doug said their main funder, Fortress, was also the main backer of Uniloc. So with Fortress deeply invested in both companies that are merging I doubt VERY seriously if they're going to let either entity run out of cash before or after the merger.
And i'm not sure if anybody caught it but Doug elluded to some type of settlement he was hoping to have finished in time for the call today. Since he brought it up when talking about their current cases and most of the recent settlements have been on the " singles " side of the revenue spectrum i'm guessing this one might be of more value.
