Well if they don't currently pay a dividend and the merger is not done by the Oct 31 deadline, I will be forced to take my lumps and go elsewhere. This is a far cry from several years ago when Jim Cramer had the CEO on his show talking about the great things to come for HCBK. Wrong!!!!
