Joshua and dean got a loan from locals (Richard brothers for short) secured by the planes and during the digenova period they went into default and were re possessed.....

The loan was for less than the value and the re purchase that subsequently followed....when I assumed control it was a mess already made and the repurchase was at approx. 175k even though the loan was for 90k (memory may not be correct but off the top of my head that is what I recall)

due to time constraints some of the payments were made by the company via notes issued to me and then I took out a loan to settle the balance due as a purchase of the last plane...no discount to the company or me.
