Okay. I take it you are referring to THIS, p. 51 of third version of the Q2:
Good grief. OMG!!! Are you really taking your share count from the "Securities Exchange Agreement" between WOGI and EOR360?? It was signed on April 14, 2015!! OF COURSE, SHARE COUNT WILL BE THE SAME AS IN THE 1st QUARTER REPORT!!!
Please note THIS on p. 49 of the same WHICH HAPPENS TO BE THE CONTRACT BETWEEN WOGI AND EOR360, DATED APRIL 14, 2015:
The following image shows the Security Information from the Q1 and the Q2 side by side. Do we think WOGI actually posted TWO DIFFERENT SHARE COUNTS in the Q2 (on the right) or do we - rationally - think that WOGI failed to put the correct date on the top entry on the right (see the red arrow)??
