Yes, them increasing the float/OS by 27M between the end of the 1st quarter and the end of the 2nd quarter is dumb, but it shows what they are all about. The 30M has been hanging around through both quarters. It's OK if you don't see the OS/float increase between the end of the 1st and the end of the 2nd quarters, everybody else sees it and it is a FACT that is proven by the disclosures.
GL, investors that fell for the promotion need all the luck they can get. Promoted to .02, has fallen back to sub-penny, back up on a paint to close just over .01, but will be sub-penny again soon, but keep hoping for the ".50 soon" "DD" to come true.
This scam shell has already seen its' best promotion in the rinse cycle.
BTW-May 8 has nothing to do with the end of the 2nd quarter
