POST 357235 STATEMENT: "The debt did not come from qasp selling shares, the debt was manufactured, sometimes by back dating documents, to sell shares"

totally false...any debt I have is from checks written, the preferreds from the merger and accrued wages....after all qasp has been thru it would be insane to not have bona fide debts.....that being said no broker would accept deposit of certificates if the transaction was not verifiable......
