...watching that reaction in volume and short volume on PPS rise was an indicator; Rosen in the courtroom before the hearing 'jolly with all the other lawyers was the final tip (total credit to astocks audio link and the GB).

...I know of dozens of retail shareholder, including myself, for which emptied and bought all they could on that day and took handsome gains before the day ended.

...it was that simple, for those that pay attention.
