AMPH call:

There were three (?) questions in total, a couple on exonaparin, nothing on the litigation. The CEO did cover the litigation in his remarks, I did not take notes, but from memory, paraphrasing, he said:

(i) The SG filed an amicus brief taking the position AMPH is not entitled to the safe harbor,
(ii) AMPH filed a reply explaining that the SG is wrong and that its brief in some parts supports AMPH and
(iii) Momenta filed a reply brief (no editorial comment on that).

We expect a decision by end of the year and while there are various scenarios, we expect in the end it is all a matter of timing and just a question of when AMPH gets its $100 million plus interest.
