No one knows so far that I have read but the float is only 8MM shares as of april 16, 2015 on the marquis up top, and it is my guess that the rest of the shares must be locked up in both the O/s and the A/s and this is why she is moving on so little volume.
Throw 100MM volume at this and we would be at .0008 already, is my guess.
