5 Billion A/S not updated in OTC Markets. but 2 days back I got a mail from TDA ---TBEV Information Statement.in that they specified the A/S increase from 2.5 billion to 5 billion, and to change the par value of the common stock from .001 to .00001 per share. the company anticipates that the amendments discussed above will be effected on or snout close of business of August 24,2015. it's a written notice to shareholders.
