Where is this so called Valvasone Trust located? Which State? Which city? Please indulge me....

As stated, it was mentioned in the 2009 filings when UNGS still had to report to the SEC. Look it up in one of the filings. Either the answers to your questions will be there, or not.

My point remains, the name "Valvasone" has existed in a previous form. In 2009 it was an entity that was given UNGS stock for its consulting services. And now it's Valvasone Investments LLC, existing at Wayne's address.

The real question is why is this soooo exciting?
