He didn't assume all the debt, so therefore he assumed some of the debt. My comment wasn't intended to downplay his generosity and goodwill to the company. Yes, $2.3 million is a lot of money and has helped GNPT greatly. Would love to see a reduction in interest expense before a buyback is started. Would be easier to obtain cheaper financing in the future if it's needed.
