Mexus 20% Newco pays fees not taxes says agreement if std terms apply. But much remains to be seen. You pay tax on overall income not on a product I think applies. But AR gets to reduce by expense to produce. Pretty fuzzy areas right now. Mexus HAS expenses already as well in that division. 8
