Yeah, that is the thing, nothing happens over night for any company or any person. Unless you go and buy a lottery ticket and then somehow have a horse shoe up your butt and win. It takes time to get things rolling, everything from the pet rock to Facebook, didn't sky rocket over night. It can be annoying to wait for anything, but grinding must be done first before things get to a good level.
