Appears shorts are nervous now. We all know there was (a) note(s) that brought the
price down and the entity shorted in front of that to get a better conversion price. It's
dilution 101.

When the shorts don't anticipate buying and accumulation and shares become hard to
get, they resort to unscrupulous measures to try and shake the shares free.

I'm convinced now that this is the time to buy.
