SLRW has a negative book value. NO CEO - disappeared over three years to avoid lawsuits. No office. No physical presence. No phone. No email. No assets. No intellectual property (patents). No reporting to the SEC since 2007. Dissolved in 2012 by the Secretary of State of North Carolina. Charged and fined by the SEC for 14 counts of fraud. Toss in existing debt and it has a negative BV.
