I disagree. This tells us nothing we don't already know. We already know the slide had an issue. What we don't know is if the FAA will still pass them due to nature of the part failure.

The rumor is that the manufacturer cleared BLTA with an official letter. We'll see how it goes.

While I hope they pull it off, I'm just as comfortable with a new demonstration date.
