LOL. Someone purchased boatloads of the stock beginning in Feb 2013 coinciding with mainly Indian promos. My guess is once the GCDx deal fell through in late 2012, MacLellan started looking overseas to unload the company. Then of course the Uni deal happened and the rest is history.

Bear in mind that the Mayo lawsuit could've been settled as well simply be declaring BK and disappearing but the suit was allowed to conclude. IMO that needed to be finalized and ended so that the company could proceed with being bought up. Once it was, MacLellan installed a new BOD and left.
