Wrong, MCIG shareholders do NOT benefit unless VTCQ has POSITIVE net profits and MCIG sells their shares of VTCQ if the price of VTCQ was favorable AND MCIG would have cash in hand to do nothing or to offer a cash dividend to MCIG shareholders.

Otherwise, nope, MCIG Corp benefits accounting wise, but not MCIG shareholders.
