I just think one has to ask themselves, why did Leo not get a credible person on the BOD? Most here will quickly say because of a buyout and the control he needs. Maybe, that sounds nice, doesn't? It is possible.

The other very strong possibility is that either nobody is willing to, or worse, Leo was afraid of having one because things aren't as good as they seem. In pink sheet land, it's over 90% one of these two.
