They are already having disharmony. Hungarian and Slovakian doctors don't know if their licences will be good in other EU countries. I think this is the same for French and German doctors as well but I am not sure. Eu is amazingly undefined in many aspects but very defined as to what a banana is. According to EU regulations a Banana has certain length dimensions. If a Banana is to long, it is not a bannana. If a banana is to short is not a banana and cannot be imported into the EU as a banana. The Hungarians just voted to enter the Eu and supossedly will enter in a year. However they will not be using the Euro in a year. Talk is it will be 3 or 4 years before the will use the Euro. So whatthen does Monetary Union mean if they are in the EU and not using the Euro? Slovakia just voted to join and the vote passed under very questionable circumstances. After two days of voting all of a sudden %8 ( total turnout was %52 of the Slovaks voted in the last hour and a half. Hmmm... there is a referendum going on at the moment I believe. Slovaks are now being told that they can only have certain kinds of jobs ( all low paying ones )so the idea that a Europe wide free trade zone is being set up is not right. When things become to difficult in Budapest the idea of forming a central Europe out of the old Soviet satellite countries will gain strength and be very bad for EU. EU could be in big trouble in less than a year IMO, but who knows maybe a lot longer. By then EU troops( with a few tanks ) might be all along the Hungarian and Slovak border. Lots of talk of that a few weeks ago. Supposedly to stop the Gypsies from coming in. LOL!
