A buy back. As in, he knows the value of retaining current investors instead of screwing them. If you were referring to a reverse split, then I would refer you to the majority of the rest of OTC stocks that never had a chance of making it as a business or are run by scam artists. Just my opinion, but I think this market was an ingenious idea and it will be successful.
