Yeah, I've seen filings before that mentioned other companies names. The thing is, a lot of these guys have big balls and they let the greed of money over take them. In their head, they figure they'll just get rich and if by chance they get caught, they'll just ride out a short jail sentence while their money is accumulating interest in some off shore bank. Of course, the account the money is held in will be under someone else's name.

When you get a chance, look up SAEI. Man that was a crazy scheme. If you go to their board, you'll find a letter from the SEC when they got shut down. Money that was lost there would make you sick.
