REDI - Personal warning:
I did extensive long distance DD on REDI 2+ years ago. It's an inactive shell now owned by two guys in SLC, Utah. I spoke with both of them, and they were going to make the required SEC filings and shelve it - to use later.
It has been P&D'd about 5 times over on RB when nothing at all was happening with it.
If something was being RM'd into it there might be some possibilities - but, you need to be absolutely sure.
