Wow! Just wow!

If you look at the company, it's already a wrecked train. The convertible debt saw to that.

I do know how reverse splits work. I've been through quite a few.

People think reverse splits are bad because the share price usually falls after one. But, most companies that do them already have a falling share price. The only inherent bad thing about reverse splits is peoples perception of them.
