Unfortunately that is not the case, it would appear there is going to be a decision made shortly (within the next 1-4 weeks IMO) given the recent activity. The transmittal letter you reference was submitted by VPLM/John Carson and accompanies the IDS filings that occured on the same date. What it basically is saying is we are submitting these items for review, the submission was made after prosecution began but before a final decision occured therefore we believe all is good, if the submissions occured after say an NOA occured, they would have to withdraw the application from issue and then submit an RCE to have further examination ccompleted.
