Its really not something we need to discuss. It's a fact that the current A-share structure is a problem. Its logical and its clear to both institutions and fund managers that I have spoken to, other major players has spoken to and to all advisors in the play but it's not clear to you. Its very clear to me and it should be pretty clear to everybody for the apparent reason; you can't have a set up where the founder has absolute power over printing shares end any kind of investment decisions. When you have history with more or less "uncontrolled" dilution, it doesn't fly well with institutional investors or financial institutions. You have to have a decision making process that harmonizes with the corporate code on the market where you aim to list. Otherwise you are destroying your opportunities and not taking full advantage of the market you are in. We have very sucessfull investors in this shareholder base that knows this for a fact. You really should be more humble, its apparent that you both lack knowledge and insight in these questions. What you feel about the institutions is of no importance, its our company that has to be structured in a way that we are investable for professional investors. What you do with a couple of thousands shares is of no weight for our pps. What they could do when they aim for a position in our company can take us to a totally new level. With finances in place and a widespread institutiona interest we are talking about a totally new pps world for us shareholders. But to get there we have to deal with s bunch of issues that will build our credibility. If we would be credible we would even be at a totally different level without any more growth at all (I'm not saying this is the path of course).
Running a public company is all about shareholder value and without proper dealings/actions with the corporate issues at hand, the company isn't just serving their shareholders best interest. I sure hope these issues are being attended to on a consistent basis with the sense of urgency they deserve.
