there is no intent of screwing anyone but doing the right thing. for the people, by the people, by the common people. that would be to make fannie and freddie well capitalized. the route would be to extract as little funds as possible from fannie and freddie and allow Sr. pfds to be paid officially, so the conversion value of common could be set to $25.00 or even to $100 but $25 is more likely. i own both.

there are so many scenarios and i dwell and flip flop, so who knows. but if pfds dividend wouild be reinstated, they would have been trading at least 4x of commons and they aren't. i think both are golden but i may not be surprised if the rate of return is lower in pfds when you compare with commons at least at this price. what do you say?
