I think the detective is half in the bag. He should have probably been popped for a DUI.

Anyway, hard to see what he's upset about. You ever drive around the Boston area? Everyone drives with complete randomness on a pattern of streets laid out like a plate of spaghetti. No way to predict what the road much less the other driver is about to do.
