At least three issues here...Berman is not a Nevada resident, the address listed is that of a Nevada CPA firm (personal residence of former partner) who Instacare/DECN previously "fired". The firm no longer exists. Do some digging on this and you'll see why....
Lastly, the corporations listed are very interesting. Very interesting background indeed.
