While I understand the market cap of a company does not change after a reverse stock split (RSP), I believe a RSP would not be good for CTIX. The stock price of CTIX is going to grow based on the outcome of the science not the market cap.

If all the science is proved out successfully, the stock price will explode due to that fact regardless of what the market cap is.

I believe investment by big Pharma will not be based on market cap but on potential future value based on science.

Therefore, I would much rather have 10,000 shares at $3 than 5,000 shares at $6. Growth of share price to $100 will be based on future value of the science. Obviously, I would much rather have 10,000 shares at $100 than 5,000 shares.

I have been invested in CTIX for several years and would hate to get close to the finish line only to have my shares cut in half. I believe we can get to whatever price is necessary get on the Nasdaq without a stock split. It may take more time but after several years of waiting I'm okay with waiting some more and keeping all my shares.

Just my two cents...
