Foreign banks aren't selling pot, the dispensaries and grow ops are. How silly is it to have a legal business that can't open a bank account. It's an open invitation to tax evasion and money laundering. Congress needs to act to change the regs but you won't see if from the current crop of know-nothing do-nothing idiots.
