mCig charges a 7% fee per purchase. I don't know whether or not this includes the bitcoin conversion fee. It doesn't include credit card fees. These are paid by the bitcoin company and included in the purchase price of the bitcoins. For now it's a cost of doing business by credit card since there aren't many options.
