My understanding was the company and assets were turned over to a third party while the court case was being handled for the benefit of creditors.

SHAREHOLDERS are advised that, UNLESS AND until the claims of secured and unsecured creditors ARE paid in full, there will be no funds to distribute to shareholders.

I'm interested in what will happen after all the creditors have been paid and it appears they are making new products.
