(read one and see)........The 10K is 7 months behind, and 10Q was filed in March........You need not comment on what is NEEDED or what is being done unless you are speaking INSIDE FACTS.........So hard to understand what a Start Up is up against.......Without FUNDING they can not EXIST (or move forward)........
