A while back I examined all the SEC questions and pointed to the ABSURD claims of Fraud (though NO FRAUD has been charged or Proven). Examine in Depth the 4 Questions, and the TIME Frame, and the lack of any PUMP PRs. Which of the 4 Questions caused a MASS Share PPs surge ? What part of 40% Member Interest PLUS 40% of ALL GROSS Sales of ANY Eyetalk365 products (Software ?) was a BAD Deal, How Quickly were the BIG 3 Brought to Task in court ? How GOOD are the LAWYERS ? What part of $900,000.00 Dollars in SALARY OWED/Satisfied *GONE* (Ali also part of that) , Share Conversion GONE, (180 Million Shares) PLUS a 40% Member Interest for REVO in EYETALK is SO HARD to Grasp. I believe that there were Negotiations with 5 Billion Dollar suitors for REVO Patents , that were VALIDITY untested at that time, That they saw NO WAY for REVO to pursue Infringement on it's own, and SURELY offered as LITTLE as GOLIATH would have offered DAVID to put down his Rock and Slingshot............ALI is the ODD Man Out on the REVO Board. Carter and the remaining Board Members can and WILL out vote ALI to save the Company.....2 Million in debt, most in convertible notes, will be seen as a Priority to retire with the ROYALTY Revenues. REST ASSURED Carter and ALI and the REVO Board have their Eyes on the BIG PRIZE. ...........
