Finally a reply from mrs Francisco.
I am sorry if in some way I let you down. That was never my intention when I came on board Quasar. I hoped to help take that company to the next level and at my own expense moved to Florida to help facilitate that.
I left Quasar because I did not agree with the way business was being run, or not being run depending on the way you look at it. All the aviation assets, (aircraft) except the Piper Arrow were sold. The Cessna pilot training center endorsement was cancelled in December of last year by Cessna. The 141 training center still has not been relocated and inspected by the FAA. There were debts and taxes due. While I was there I had not been paid. I cannot say where Quasar funds were being allocated as I never saw the books or accounting. And I saw no personal future. After discussions with my family I decided to leave in March to pursue other opportunities.
