yeah, i mean putting a multi-million dollar company into a shell with a 319M OS, current market cap of $383K... what a money-loser for traders, huh? LOL

the perfect time to do this transaction is when metals are out of favor.

anyway, i'm sure there are lots of diluted POS scams out there now for the value investors among us.
