You can search the list of active mines in Mohave County, Arizona in the MSHA data base. One is the operation at Mineral Park which has been there for years. The other operation is an underground uranium mine in the other corner of the county. The BLM has guidlines for permitting. Since ILST has changed their plan of operations to include on site cyanide leaching, I am sure the BLM is going to require an Environmental Impact Satement (EIS) The BLM requires this for every new leaching operation in the neighboring state of Nevada. This process takes several years and can cost up to a million dollars. Good Luck!
