AMD is not down for any financial reasons, it's had 2 good quarters. It's down because of the early osborning Conroe benchmarks and more importantly actual and future P4 price cuts. It's out of AMD's control if Intel want to donate its margins to the third world and I for one applaud it for this uncharacteristicly altruistic act, very much in the spirit of 50-15 
. Not sure if serious heavy shareholders would agree when Q2 and Q3 results come in and ain't pretty but hell it pleases the fans sticking it to AMD albeit shooting your own foot in the process .
