Something bigger came up and complicated things.

Really? How does it complicate things? Why don't PTOI sell the machines to EcoNav and then make some more for the "bigger" that came up?

It isn't like the "bigger" wanted them the next day or no deal.

So instead, no sale to EcoNav as PRed and the "bigger" made things more complicated and now PTOI don't have a sale even though we had one before?
