There is nothing wrong with being honest.
Trying to lure new investors into this stock is however frought with ethical problems.
The stock is in a significant downtrend and as much as everyone hates it.. this is not as low as it can or will go, and there is nothing we can do to stop it.
We could all become goldies and go on some idiotic awareness campaign.. we could recruit a thousand new investors.. and it still wouldn't change the fact that this stock is downtrending.
The only thing we can do as investors is to buy or sell... expose ourselves to a downtrending stock or avoid that exposure.
People in pennyland have tried what you suggested many times.. it was tried with every downtrending high hype stock from BLYC to CMKX... and it never worked.. all it did was give penny stocks the reputation they have now.
