MIKP can trade. And if any one of those companies you refer to get suspended they are in the exact same boat. And if they don't file anything eventually they will be. Suspended for 10 days and then they can trade again on the greys.

Then they need to get a 211 approved to get back.

FINRA didn't suspend MIKP...the SEC did.

And FINRA is very careful about letting formerly suspended stocks back to quotation.
