If the worst I'm hearing is that Baltia is "only" 95% complete...I'm feeling pretty good. It's only a matter of time.

What position do you want to be in when the PR is released that they have successfully demonstrated the mini evac and are commencing proving runs?

The rest of the noise is nothing but a distraction.

The suggestion that being 95% complete is a bad thing is laughable.
