Aside from the maintenance write-ups and corrections was the information that I gleaned from LTO's comments was that the engines on this aircraft are:

"Engine Manufacturer P & W
Engine Model Name JT9D-3A Engine Type Turbo jet
Engine Horsepower/Thrust 43500 Fuel Consumed 435.00"

This engine was replaced with a D-7 a few years later because of all the complaints to PW ...I didn't think that any of the few 747-200 operators that are still around used the old 3A's anymore. Baltia must be getting a bargain basement leasing price on these old, outdated engines...3A's were always having problems...underpowered, hot start prone, etc., etc....YIKES

Google JT9D-3A engine problems...you will get an eyeful!
