Couldn't help but smile too at your recognition of just how gunshy/skeptical I have become concerning Mexus (...and so much else in this fruit-loops crazy world!). Given the history of Mexus, with so many false starts, info cul-de-sacs, etc, pretty sure I'm not alone in the sentiment! And believe me...I didn't start out this way concerning Mexus...!!
Now, though, given the possibilities with Argo ...I just want want to be REAL about it. Hence my desire to know EXACTLY how our deal is defined...and, if it goes ahead as we hope, how to reasonably adjust expectations accordingly. I will take your sense of things for now -- and pt's word -- that it is a "gross" deal. Honestly, though...I would breathe easier seeing in official company-released writing how the company anticipates the deal will work when gold is produced and sold. There should no longer be any mystery here, except, for now, whether exploration will prove out that the property has enough of the purported gold to seal final JV deal.
If all is how you outlined, it IS a potentially historic and positive development for mexus. just think it'd now behoove the company to put out a few of these details to begin attracting a new universe of potential investors...and to further calm existing ones. And no one has more incentive than pt....
