RickyBobby...thanks for your reply. I googled "net smelter royalty" and definitions are a bit all over the map. some say % return MINUS PRODUCTION COSTS; some say % return minus proportional share of smelting costs, etc, etc... a big difference in just those 2!!

don't mean to quibble...honest....but the definitions referred to above came from a variety of reliable sources, such as royal gold, casey research, etc

question is, how is NSR SPECIFICALLY defined as per OUR agreement with Argo...?

just for added fun, some say NSR stands for Net Smelter Royalty, others refer to it as Net Smelter Return. can't tell if those are the same or somehow different...

may need another call to 1 of the pauls..maybe both...to get final precision/definition....!
