So you say that Siegel owned only 122K shares before his purchase, yet he received 225K shares from MDBX in 2014. What happened to the balance, 105K shares of MDBX?

oops, he has been selling those 105K shares all along and at much higher prices...

no wonder he has a few bucks to purchase some MDBX shares at these lower prices



What other major purchases???? He only owned 122k before this purchase of 500k.
