What did you longs do to piss off the CEO. I am not a basher and I hold almost 1 million shares but this news is worse than worthless.

If they have the ability to get loans then why in the hell do they give away millions of shares at .002?

Why does such a profitable company never have any cash?

Yay! A PR about more debt! It is as if this CEO wants to drive the pps down.
